تأسست الشركة السعودية للطباعة والتغليف في عام 1963، باسم شركة المدينة للطباعة والنشر ومن ثم أعيد تسميتها باسم الشركة السعودية للطباعة والتغليف في منتصف عام 2006م، حيث تمتلك الشركة عدة شركات تابعة تعمل في قطاعين رئيسيين هما قطاع الطباعة وقطاع التغليف. تعد الشركة واحدة من أكبر دور الطباعة في الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، لما تمتاز به من تقديمها طيفاً واسعاً من خدمات الطباعة المتكاملة معززاً بطاقات إنتاجية عالية، ومن خلال تعدد فروعها وتكامل شركاتها التابعة، خصوصاً أن الشركة ينطوي تحت مظلتها القانونية عدة فروع متمثلة في شركة المدينة المنورة للطباعة والنشر، وشركة مطابع هلا، وشركة طيبة للطباعة والنشر، وشركة التغليف المرن. إضافة الى شركة مصنع الإمارات الوطني للصناعات البلاستيكية. وتستند الشركة في أعمالها إلى الخبرات المتراكمة لمنسوبيها وعلى أفضل المكائن وأحدثها، وأعلى درجات ضبط الجودة لديها، مما عزز مكانتها بقاعدة عملاء قوية. وتأكيداً على التزام الشركة بالتماشي وفقاً للمعايير العالمية، فقد حرصت الشركة على المحافظة على شهادة الآيزو (ISO9001:2000). أهداف الشركة :: · استقطاب وتطوير الكوادر البشرية المتميزة والمحافظة على استمراريتهم في الشركة. · توثيق علاقاتنا بعملائنا. · تطوير منتجاتنا والعمل على إيجاد منتجات حديثة من خلال البحث والتطوير. · تنمية عوائد مساهمينا. · التوسع عن طريق الدخول في أسواق استثمارية جديدة.

   Saudi Printing & Packaging Company was incorporated in 1963 in the name of Al Madina Printing and Publishing Company, and then its name was changed to Saudi Printing and Packaging Company in the middle of 2006. The company owns several subordinates working in two main sectors: Printing Sector, and Packaging Sector. The company is considered as one of the largest printing houses in the Middle East and Northern Africa as it offers a wide range of integrated printing services supported by high production powers through its multiple branches and through integration of its affiliated companies. The company has several branches under its legal umbrella such as Al Madina Al Munawara Printing and Publishing Company, Hala Printing Press Company, Taiba Printing and Publishing Company, Flexible Packaging Company in addition to Emirates National Factory for Plastic Industries.
